Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Because our products are personal-use items, we cannot restock or resell returned merchandise. Therefore, we are unable to make exceptions for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect item selection, or buyer's remorse.

Mistakes or Errors on Our End

If you receive an incorrect item or there is an error with your order due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If we determine that the error was made on our end, we will gladly correct the issue by providing a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
